| Sacred Heart Centennial Prayer Gracious and Generous God, We glorify and praise your Holy Name as we prepare for our Centennial Anniversary. Help us to remember all of the Blessings you have bestowed on our Parish through the years. May we be ever mindful of your presence in all that we endeavor to accomplish during this historic event. Remembering the past with gratitude, living the present in communion, and facing the future with renewed spirit. Help us to use the many facets of our celebration to bear witness to all who attend, so that they see the love we have for You, and to share all the good things you have given to us. Bless us in our preparations for this glorious and joy filled event. We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ who was Our God yesterday, is our God today, and will be our God forever. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen. |
